Our process

STEP 1

Contact us to have a brief discussion about your project: In this initial consultation we will discuss requirements and ideas for your project. Please feel free to send any project info you have for our review.

A full quote for our services will be given. We can then have further consultations via video call,phone call or on-site as necessary. The information gathered from this meeting will then be used to produce your concept sketch plans.

STEP 2

Sketch Plan: We’ll present an initial design based on your project brief and tailored to your building site. This design can then be refined in response to your feedback and used to obtain building estimates. We can provide a live video call edit session where you’ll be able to see your changes occur in real time!

STEP 3

Working drawings: Once you are satisfied with your sketch plan we’ll produce a full working drawing set and energy rating all ready to be sent off for approvals by your builder.

Step 4

Approvals: New Age Design will work with the relevant authorities to ensure that the working drawings are approved and ready for building work to commence. Your builder will engage a building certifier which will support you though the construction of your project.

Step 5

Start Building!
