Our Process

Contact us to have a discussion about your project: In this initial consultation we will discuss your requirements and ideas for your project. Please feel free to send any project inspiration.

A full quote for our services will be given prior to drawing production.

We can then have further consultations via zoom, phone or on-site as necessary. The information gathered from this meeting will then be used to produce your initial concept sketch plans.

STEP 1

Sketch Plans: We’ll present an initial design based on your project brief tailored to your building site. This design can then be refined in response to your feedback & used to obtain building estimates. We can provide a live video-call edit session where you’ll be able to see your changes occur in real time.

STEP 2

Working Drawings: Once Sketch Plans are finalised we’ll produce a Working Drawing & Energy Rating set. All ready for Building Approval.

STEP 3

STEP 4

Building Approvals: New Age Design will work with the relevant authorities to ensure that our Working Drawings are approved & ready for building work to commence. Your builder will engage a building certifier who will approve our Working Drawings & ensure building compliance on-site. We’ll be there to support you though the construction of your project.

STEP 5 (Final Step)

Construction Commencement & Building Phase: We’ll be there to support the project during construction to ensure a fantastic, trouble free experience.
